PTCL EID Bonus & Salary Increments 2011-12

In keeping with the spirit and essence of Ramadan Kareem, the management is pleased to announce for its employees the grant of “Eid Bonus” for the year 2011-12. I am also pleased to announce the Salary Increase based on the performance evaluations of last financial year.

PTCL has the pride to maintain its pace of development and its position as the leading ICT service provider in the country. We are operating in a very dynamic and competitive market facing huge challenges of rapidly changing technologies and dwindling margins. However with the unmatched dedication, loyalty, support and hard work of our employees, we are not only maintaining our market share but also investing in our infrastructure and introducing innovative technologies. At the same time, PTCL is extremely conscious about the well being of its employees and is facilitating them through various incentives and welfare opportunities.

With the objective of providing maximum relief to our employees, the amount of Bonus for all employees has been enhanced as compared to last year setting the minimum payment as Rs.9,000/- and the maximum as Rs. 17,000 to specially facilitate the employees in lower grades. Also recognizing the contributions of our employees, the management has approved the grant of “Salary Increase” of up to 20% to the non management and up to 15% to the management staff, based on their performance evaluations effective from 1st July 2012. Bonus and August salary will be paid to the employees on 15th August along with the arrears.

We hope that this gesture would encourage all of you to demonstrate greater commitment towards the attainment of company’s goals and would motivate you to strive for greater benefits in future by taking the company to the heights of unprecedented success.
